About Tragostay
Tragostay is an online booking platform that connects guests with hosts offering Bali villa rentals, hotels, homestays, houses, and property rentals. We also support Monthly Stay in Bali and Long Terms Stay in Bali. Tragostay acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, manage, or operate any listed property.
Platform Role Disclaimer
Tragostay facilitates listings, bookings, payments, and communication. However, the rental agreement exists directly between the host and the guest.
User Accounts and Registration
Users must register an account to access certain services. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorized by you. Therefore, please notify Tragostay immediately of any unauthorized use.

Hosts may update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless agreed upon by both parties.
