Understanding our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy is important to ensure a smooth booking experience. This page explains the terms and conditions related to booking cancellations, changes, and refunds when making a reservation through Tragostay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Tragostay. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled check-in date and time.

Short Stay Cancellation Policy

Short stay refers to reservations with a stay duration of less than 30 nights.

1. Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival

• Cancellations made 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge of 1 room night.

2. Cancellation 3 Days Before Arrival

• Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in time will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• For bookings with a stay of 1 night only, the charge will be a minimum of 1 room night.

3. Cancellation on Arrival Day or No-Show

• Cancellations made on the day of arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show), will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Long-Term Stay Cancellation

Policy Long-term stay refers to reservations with a stay duration of 30 nights or more.

1. Cancellation 3 Months Before Arrival
   • Cancellations made 3 months prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to a minimum of 1 month’s rental fee.
2. Cancellation 1 Month Before Arrival or No-Show
   • Cancellations made 1 month before the scheduled check-in date, including cancellations on the arrival date or no-show, will be charged 100% of the total invoice amount.

REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy associated with the booking.

Refundable Bookings

• Refunds are applicable only for bookings that qualify under the free cancellation terms.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• Payments for non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.
• This includes cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Early Check-Out

• No refunds will be issued for unused nights if a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases such as force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is subject to the property’s discretion and supporting documentation.
